Yes — every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You'll only be billed after your trial ends, and we'll send you a reminder a few days before.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Your data is yours. After cancellation, you have 30 days to export your menus, analytics, and order history. After that window, data is permanently deleted from our systems.
Linglong charges no platform fee on transactions — you pay only the standard Stripe processing rate (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction in the US). International rates vary by country.
